Over time, we have noticed that P.K.Technologies customers are looking for many
different services which enable the solutions developed to come to life, to grow and
adapt to the changing needs of their users.

Once in operation, these solutions usually have a requirement for permanent availability,
which invariably leads to the question of maintenance.
A classic, complete supplier maintenance solution (either by one of the manufacturers,
or by the integrator) would generally require such constraints of coverage and response
time as to be prohibitive in cost.

Most of the time, we shall propose a cooperative maintenance solution which combines
a certain resilience of the network and the cooperation of the operator of the system.
Under these conditions, the operator is able to carry out running repairs without requiring
a P.K.Technologies engineer to arrive on site, but can have eventual remote assistance.
A member of the operators' personnel, or of one of his providers (someone we ourselves
have trained), generally undertakes maintenance in the first instance. We offer technical
support by telephone as a second level, prepared for the specific needs of the customer
in the form of a service contract.

We are, of course, available for consultation and assistance on site if required.
We generally accompany our customers throughout the various phases of their
installations, if they so desire.
We can also help them to take over the maintenance of their installation,
supplying an operations manual along our own documentation lines.
